Breakout box that enables conversion to XLR jacks in a way ideal for use by the broadcast, studio and PA market


BO-16DX / OUT is an interface box that can transfer 16 analogue audio channels from a 25-pin D-sub connector to a XLR (Male) connector.


In combination with a BO-16DX/IN breakout box from the same series, you can use the BO-16DX/OUT to convert from D-sub to easy-to-use XLR jack.

•    Space is provided above the connectors for placing labels, including signal routing
•    The 25-pin D-sub connectors use TASCAM pin assignments that are compliant with AES59-2012

In combination with a BO-16DX/IN D-sub to XLR (female) conversion breakout box from the same series, you can convert from D-sub to easy-to-use XLR inputs and outputs.

Rackmount ears can also be removed
The unit can be mounted in a rack facing forward or backward by changing the direction that the rackmount ears are attached to it. The rackmount ears can also be removed when using the unit placed on a tabletop.

 


 
Compact 1U rack case, with a depth of 45mm
Panel indication supports installation upside down
Thanks to its compact size, including a depth of only 45 mm, this breakout box can even be mounted in the back of a rack case.
Mounting in the front of a rack case for use as a patch bay is also possible.
