[Preface]

In May 2018, raining and sunny days rotate in early summer. The beautiful city nourished by moist and fresh air, presents vibrant boom and prosperity. In this beautiful season as Getshow and Prolight+Sound Exhibition are staged, Advanced Communication Equipment (International) Co., Ltd. (ACE) held a grand event on May 11th at the Phoenix City Hotel Guangzhou. Nearly 400 domestic and foreign industry experts, peers, VIPs, and prospective and existing business partners come together. Oriented to the theme "Integration and Innovation in this Era", ACE showed and shared the new technology, products and new market developed in the past year with the attendees. Furthermore, we will integrate the traditional advantages, explore the cultural tourism business, develop new fields such as education market, and innovate continuously on the way to future!

While keeping pace with the rapid development of market, ACE has been continually looking for like-minded elites or teams. Technomedia Solutions LLC is an American media integration company based in Orlando, USA, with an office in Los Angeles. It was founded in 2002 by John Miceli (President and Chief Creative Officer) with the mission of "Maximizing creativity from both aspects of media and technical intelligence to provide the unique Technomedia services worldwide." The company has a long history of serving top theme park operators and developers around the world, including Universall Studios.

After preliminary communication and consultation, ACE and Technomedia held the formal signing ceremony in Beijing on February 2nd, 2018, and successfully established a strategic partnership to expand their service capacity in the Theme Leisure Park market of mainland, Hong Kong and Macao on basis of their original operations and resources.

Strategic partnership of coordination between ACE and Technomedia has two meanings: 1. One partner has responsibility to be complementary to the other; 2. Both partners will participant in the competition as a whole. In this way, customers and other business partners can get maximum benefits from every joint project - access to professional services of two companies one-time!

ACE + China Construction Design Group-Culture Tourism Design and Research Center
The Union of the field monopoly

China Construction Design Group-Culture Tourism Design and Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the Research Center) was formally established in early 2016. It is an integrated service platform owned by China Construction Design Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Design Group), specialized in providing five service systems - Overall Planning and Consulting, Design, EPC Construction, Legal Risk Control and Follow-on Funding, and Investment Promotion and Operation Consultant Services - for domestic large-scale cultural tourism projects and commercial complex projects. Headquartered in Beijing, the Research Center set up a division in Shenyang in early 2017. Preparatory works of other divisions in Tianjin, Shanghai, Qinghai and other cities are also started in succession. They plan to set up 8 divisions by the end of 2018.

With the background of the state-owned enterprise and strong resource integration ability, the Research Center integrates international and domestic excellent cultural tourism industry alliances, attracts hundreds of cultural tourism IP content providers and operators establishing strategic partnership, and together to help the cultural tourism project developers win from the start.

Introduced by friends in the industry, ACE met with the Research Center in September 2017. Only after a short time, we both felt having common understandings in many aspects. On the basis of having same philosophies, we formally signed the Strategic Partnership Agreement in Shenyang on March 13th, 2018, wishing to lead the development of Chinese cultural tourism industry by joint efforts!

The words of two young founders of the Research Center, "Start an undertaking with us single-mindedly" inspire us to pursuit the cause with the youthful passion and bravery!
