The “Entering a New Era in the Great Spring • 2018 Spring Festival Gala” co-sponsored by the Chinese Culture Promotion Society, the China National Academy Of Planting and the CCTV Digital Television Painting and Calligraphy Channel, was held at the Great Hall of the People on January 28th, 2018. Celebrities of calligraphy and painting arts community from all over the country gathered together and enjoyed this annually cultural gala.

The Gala started with the great call “Remain True to our original aspiration”. Beautiful dances and lively songs brought enjoyment and pleasure to the guests, and gorgeous lights and professional sound reinforcement system complemented each other to support the performance. All sound reinforcement systems in the Gala were provided by Beijing Aotian International Culture Media.

In the Gala, JBL VT4888 line array speakers were used as the main speaker for sound reinforcement. They were divided into 2 groups each with 6 VT4888 full range speakers and 2 VT4880A subwoofers, and 4 groups each with2 JBL SRX712 speakers for stage monitoring and filling. All speakers worked with Crown IT-HD Digital power amplifier. Soundcarft Vi6 was used as the main mixer in the Gala. 16 Beta58 handheld microphones, 16 Beta53 headphones, UR1 and UR4D constituted a stable SHURE wireless system.

Su Shishu, the Chairman of Chinese Calligraphers Association wrote down ten vigorous characters “走进新时代，铸就新辉煌” on the Gala scene, with a profound meaning “Entering a New Era, Making More Great Achievements”, conveying the great momentum of the artists following the guidance of 19th CPC National Congress to create masterpieces of art for the new era and people.
