Recently, Liulishuo’s headquarter was moved to Changyang Compus in Yangpu District, Shanghai, to create a relaxed and interesting working environment for employees. The company put a lot of thought into interior design, of course, including the entire sound system.
The entire sound reinforcement system is deployed in four areas, which are Staff Restaurant and Exhibition Hall located on the second floor, and the Multimedia Exhibition Hall and Starry Multi-functional Conference Room located on the third floor. Full set of audio equipment were provided by Shanghai Yi Wei Audio Company.

In addition, the sound reinforcement system is equipped with CROWN's XLS-D Series Power Amplifier to drive speakers, and with SOUNDCRAFT's EPM Series console to control audio signals, and with DBX’s DriveRack 260 Processor to modify the timbre. For microphones, SHURE's BLXR Series Wireless Microphone was selected for pickup.
With its slender shape, JBL CBT Series can match with various architectural styles. Its white box can fit seamlessly in surrounding environment without any clash. JBL's patent Constant Beamwidth is the core technology of CBT, allowing “even coverage in a wide Beamwidth”. For traditional column speakers, the sound coverage shrinks as the frequency increases. However, CBT is able to "keep all sounds at different frequencies consistency in the venue". In two narrow areas of the Staff Restaurant and the Multimedia Exhibition Hall, CBT series perfectly and evenly covers the entire space, providing excellent sound for Liulishuo’s colleagues.
The whole system was easy to set up. We also provided a simple training after the installation and tuning done. The students responsible for management and maintenance of the audio system said, “It is plug and play, easy to use, makes my work more efficient and easier.”
