Eight Women Fighters is a ballet produced by the Liaoning Ballet of China. It tells the story of eight women soldiers gave their young lives for the liberation of the Chinese nation in Anti-Japanese War period, through the collision of history and art, presented in aesthetic ballet, brought unexpected amazing and touching.
Eight Women Fighters ballet has won the 15th Wenhua Award. This work contains abundant thematic connotations with exquisite artistic performance and stage presentation. It perfectly combines romantic, tragic and aesthetical into the performance, while conveying the indomitable spirit of revolutionaries. It is an excellent work to spread the great spirit of Chinese nation.
Technical Director and Head of Liaoning Ballet of China, National First-class Actor Qu Zijiao assumed the Artistic Director of the Eight Women Fighters ballet. The Lighting Designer of the first edition is the National First-level Stage Art and Lighting Designer Zhou Zhengping. And The Lighting Designer of the second edition is Sergey Matinov. The Lighting Operator of Liaoning Ballet of China Ma Liang executed the design in the performance.
On March 14, 2017, the Eight Women Fighters ballet was staged at the Beijing Tianqiao Theatre. This show used 21 latest CLAYPAKY SCENIUS PROFILE intelligent lights. This is the latest CLAYPAKY high-end series profile light model, using the customized 1400W Osram lok-it lamp, with brightness 1400W and Color Rendering Index (CRI) > 95 – all better than other comparable intelligent lights. In addition, it has a 8°- 50°zoom angle, so that its application range has been greatly expanded. The advanced automated motion focus system also can maximize the effective brightness of the pattern projection. At the same time, the axial-flow ultra-quiet strong exhaust fan greatly reduced the noises, bringing a very good experience for users, actors and viewers.
The show also used AYRTON's WILDSUN 200"S". It adopts the new AYRTON 4G technology, which allows individual control of each extended full-color mode (RGBW) LED light source. And it offers 429x109 color options, has an electric linear 4:1 zoom and an adjustable beam from 8°-32°. The 15W LED module is equipped with a 45mm optical unit, providing a high output and an overall luminous flux up to 4200 lumens combined with a complex cooling system. It also can generate many pre-programmed dynamic effects by combining multiple copy methods and color macros in its internal memory. WILDSUN 200"S" is an ideal light fixtures designed for TV stations, concerts, musical dramas and any other applications.
