The SRX700 Series adopts the JBL Progressive Transition (PT) Waveguide horns to increase the constant beamwidth and directivity, deliver lower distortion and more smooth frequency response of HF wave peak.
The Differential Drive® technology enables the SRX700 to have higher power capacity and reduced power compression.
Using a neodymium magnet, the compression driver is lightweight and delivers high power levels with reduced distortion and increased phase coherence.
SRX700 frequency division network: internal and external models can be easily switched with each other.
In terms of exterior, the SRX700 is constructed of rugged birch plywood and coated in JBL’s distinctive DuraFlex finish that is oxidation and corrosion resistant.
Due to neodymium magnet compression driver, optimized chamber design, and reasonable use of materials, the SRX700 Series is 40% lighter than other speakers of the same class, which greatly saves logistical and labour costs. It’s the solid choice for installed installations and touring performances.
System Examples
CROWN XTi6002A powered SRX700 Series:
CROWN XTi6002A is the double channel DSP processed digital power amplifier with complete system protection functions and storage of up to 50 presets, which can be controlled by software.
Let’s take SRX715+SRX718S as an example:
2 x SRX715 + 2 x SRX718S System，Applicable to installed venues of around 200m², such as meeting rooms and multi-funtion halls.

SABINE EX13004 powered SRX700 Series:
The SABINE EX13004 is the built-in DSP 4-channel high power amplifier with 8Ω/1300W for each channel, which can handle EQ, frequency division, amplitude limiting, delay and phase control and can be tested by software.
For SRX738, the CMCD Cone Midrange Compression Driver provides increased sensitivity and improved phase coherence that can perfectly meet the demand of great low frequency, clear midrange and delicate high pitch.
The SRX738 above is configured to be external frequency division. Just one SABINE EX13004 can drive two SRX738.
2 x SRX738 + 2 x SRX728S + 2 x SRX715 System:
Applicable to installed venues of around 500m², such as multi-function halls, theaters, and banquet halls.
