Zhongguancun No. 3 Primary School, Haidian District, Beijing, is located in the heart of Zhongguancun Technology Park. It is the area with the most high-tech and talent resources. It has a superior schooling environment thanks to the unique regional advantages and rich academic atmosphere.
The unconventional design of the school buildings is the embodiment of openness, interaction, affinity, environmental protection and safety. High quality JBL speakers, CROWN power amplifiers, BSS digital audio processors and SOUNDCRAFT digital sound mixing consoles are used to provide a quality work and learning environment for the teachers and students.
The school gymnasium is equipped with fourteen 15-inch JBL AM5215/95 full-range loudspeakers and four 18-inch JBL ASB6118 subwoofer speakers, which are evenly hung over the stadium grounds to cover the whole venue. In addition, four JBL AM5215/95 used as venue speakers are provided to produce good direct to reverberant ratio. Four 12-inch JBL SRX712M are used as monitor in the venue. In addition, there are thirteen CROWN CTS power amplifiers, two BSS BLU160 digital audio processors, and Soundcraft Si Performer.
The large playground on the second floor is provided with a sound reinforcement system consisted of JBL AWC series all-weather speakers AWC129 and AW566. JBL AWC series has three layers of moisture-proof mesh to minimize the direct contact with rainwater. The junction box is protected by a panel cover and waterproof sealing nut. Its wide range, flat frequency response and high sensitivity ensure high fidelity music playback. It is especially suitable for use in theme parks, racetracks, playgrounds and sports venues. The system also employs a SOUNDCRAFT Si PERFORMER digital mixing console, CROWN CTS series power amplifier and BSS BLU160 digital audio processor.
The auditorium in the teaching building is usually used for lectures, presentations, meetings, reports, and artistic performances. Since chairs in the first floor are not fixed and given the building characteristics of the second floor and the multifunctional use of the hall, each of the left and right side is provided with six VT4886 full-range speakers and two VT4883 low-frequency speakers. For the central channel, a JBL AM5215/95 that covers the entire venue is used. In addition, each side of the stage is provided with a JBL ASB6128 subwoofer. JBL SRX712M is used for stage monitor. Twelve JBL AC16 speakers are evenly distributed in the auditorium to meet the multifunctional use needs of the hall. The power amplifiers used are Crown MAi and DSI series, the digital audio processor used is the BSS BLU160, and the digital mixing console is the Soundcraft Vi1.
